OSTFEST is promotor en bemiddelaar in de ticketverkoop voor de Hongaarse festivals Sziget, VOLT en Balaton Sound en de badparty's van Cinetrip. Ook verkopen we tickets voor het Servische Exit festival.

Daarnaast organiseren we het Budapest Wunderground Festival in Amsterdam. In 2008 werken we mee aan de organisatie van LOW en de projecten My City Amsterdam en My City Budapest, in samenwerking met de Melkweg en A38.

In 2009 organiseerde Ostfest samen met BKB de Roadworks tour in voormalig Joegoslavië met o.a. Voicst: www.roadworks.fm
